For her interpretation of Anna in the world premiere of SWING STREET at the Stadttheater Fürth, she received the German Musical Theater Prize for "Best Actress". In MOZART! at the Raimundtheater in Vienna she was on stage as Aloysia Weber and played Magda in TANZ DER VAMPIRE at the Theater des Westens Berlin, among others. Since 2018 she has embodied the Holy Spirit in the world premiere of the choral musical MARTIN LUTHER KING in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With THIS IS THE GREATEST SHOW she went on tour throughout Germany. On the Swiss Walensee stage she played the role of Mathilde in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST. Born in Hanau, she completed her studies at the Vienna Conservatory. One of her first engagements was Maria Rainer in the musical classic THE SOUND OF MUSIC at the Staatstheater in Kassel and later at the Stadttheater in Meiningen. At the MUT competition, she won first prize from the jury as well as the audience and the media prize. Karolin is also active as a singer-songwriter and published with KARO! UNLOCKED! her debut album.
