In autumn 2021, Celena Pieper took the stage as the premiere cast of Anna in the German-language premiere of Disney’s FROZEN – The Musical at the Stage Theater an der Elbe in Hamburg, where she portrayed the role for two years. In 2016, Celena became known to a wide TV audience when she appeared as a contestant on the TV show THE VOICE OF GERMANY, thrilling viewers and “Team Fanta” alike, making it all the way to the Battles round. Currently, the Hamburg-based performer is touring throughout the German-speaking world with the ELISABETH tour, where she also takes on the title role, among others. Additionally, she is engaged as Brenda Strong in the Broadway musical CATCH ME IF YOU CAN at the Stadttheater Bremerhaven. In 2024, she was cast as Sophie in MAMMA MIA! and as Constance in 3 MUSKETEERS at the Tecklenburg Open-Air Festival, where she had previously appeared in DON CAMILLO AND PEPPONE and DOCTOR ZHIVAGO in 2019. Celena was also part of the concert gala THIS IS THE GREATEST SHOW, produced by Semmel Concerts and Sound of Music Concerts, and appeared as Sarah in the hit musical DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES in Oberhausen. Celena made her professional stage debut as a Soulgirl in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at the Theater am Marientor in Duisburg immediately after completing her musical theatre training at the Institute of Music at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. Even during her studies, she was involved in productions such as CHAPLIN at Theater Osnabrück and IN THE HEIGHTS at Theater Hagen. Celena also regularly appears as a soloist in concerts.
